I'm Adrienne Duterte, and I am so grateful you found your way here.
I'm a Filipina who has lived in North Carolina since I was four.
I've been drawing since I can remember and have 10+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician, hair and makeup artist, and tattoo enthusiast.
Discovering my love for each of these things felt like taking another step to figuring out where I fit in this world.

On the day of the wedding, Adrienne brought such a calm, grounding energy that made the entire getting-ready experience feel relaxed and special. What she didn't know was that I was struggling with some intense anxiety around family issues that day and she truly helped me get through it by being herself! She handled everything seamlessly, keeping us on schedule while still making each moment feel personal and unhurried. Her attention to detail is unmatched—every strand of hair and every brushstroke of makeup was absolutely perfect. She left me with exactly what I would need for a touch up later but I never needed it because her work lasted all night!

Having Adrienne do my hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! I generally avoid makeup due to my extremely sensitive skin prone to eczema flare ups. But on my wedding day, my skin looked SO glowy and healthy! Which I didn’t think was possible before Adrienne worked her magic.
Adrienne brought out this confidence in me that I didn’t know I had; I truly felt beautiful on my wedding day and I don’t think I can thank her enough for it.

Adrienne is not only fantastic at her job, but also is the most affirming makeup artist I’ve ever worked with. I’ve worked with many makeup artists over the years in modeling and in theatre/film and the whole experience from trial to wedding day was in my top 5 experiences. She listens to your needs, and wants and helps create the vision you want. I know she absolutely slays a traditional look, but I felt so affirmed and beautiful when she helped me play with an alternative bridal style. Not to mention the space buns were a hit and the most comfortable hairstyle I could’ve asked for. Not to mention my makeup and hair lasted till the next day! My mother also hasn’t really worn makeup in 10 years and Adrienne listened and made her feel absolutely incredible. 10/10! The experience not only felt amazing but I felt like I made a friend in the process and I hope I get to see her again, or work with her again.
